  1. I think you make an excellent point about the fact that the recruiting does not stop after the person signs and pays their money. I certainly feel that this happens quite a bit in our industry. So many people tell you when you first start that you should treat this like a business and yet, once you have signed up, they are nowhere to be found.

    What happens in a typical company, you get an induction, somebody leads you by the nose and shows you where you can and can’t walk and where the welfare areas are. Now granted, running your own business is quite a bit different to being an employee, but if it is your business, don’t you want your new staff members to succeed. Won’t showing them the ropes increase their chances of success?
